Keeping it current
Even if you have made a Will, it’s essential to make sure it has been professionally drafted, and that it is updated with your changing circumstances. A poorly worded Will can be worse than no Will at all leading to ambiguity and argument. Changes in your personal or financial circumstances can also impact on your Will. Such changes include:
