Step 1 – contact us
Ring us on 01494 675263 to discuss your requirements and make an appointment with one of our experts
Step 2 – your appointment
A planner will contact you at a pre-arranged appointment time to discuss your individual and family circumstances, as well as your wishes in relation to your Will. It will be useful to have thought through some key things in advance.
Step 3 – drafting your Will
We will then draft a personally tailored Will for you, and forward a copy to you for checking and approval. If you want to make any amendments, simply let us know and we will redraft it until it meets your requirements
Step 4 – signing your Will
You return the signed Will to us and we will store it in a secure, fire and waterproof facility on your behalf
Step 5 – reviewing your Will
We will continue to provide you with advice on your Will, as your circumstances change. For example marriage, divorce, buying or moving home, birth or adoption of a child.
